Kennebunkport, Maine {Melissa & John)
The Colony Hotel was the idyllic location Melissa and John to get married. The lawn where they said their vows overlooked the ocean as sailboats blew by. We had the opportunity to go around Kennebunkport to take pictures and advantage of some of the most beautiful landscape in all of New England. I must say that this wedding day was kicked off by the best start because the house where the girls got ready overlooked the ocean and the Bush compound. Earlier in the morning, they happily shared a story about when Laura Bush walked by with her daughters and said hello while wishing Melissa a beautiful wedding day! It just goes to show what a gem this location is….as a photographer this truly is the most beautiful place to explore. Most of all Melissa and John were such a dream to work with! They have such great energy and surrounded by their best friends who created an outgoing atmosphere and tons of laughs throughout their wedding Day.
